• Experience: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical spa or similar industry, with a strong background in sales and a comprehensive understanding of various medical aesthetic treatments.
• Customer Service Excellence: As the face of our clinic, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention. Your warm demeanor and professional appearance are essential in creating a welcoming and positive environment.
• Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with a range of treatments including injectables, botox, fillers, biostimulators, PDO threads, laser hair removal, IPL, and microneedling is required. Experience with Aesthetic Record software is advantageous but not mandatory. Additionally, familiarity with Alastin skincare brand is beneficial.
• Administrative Duties: Responsibilities include managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and checking in and out clients. During peak hours, you may be required to assist nurses and estheticians with room preparation and cleaning.
• Operational Support: Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic is crucial to our aesthetic presentation. This includes restocking supplies, managing product inventory, and ensuring all areas are tidy and welcoming.
• Tech Proficiency: A high level of comfort with technology, particularly Apple desktop systems, is preferred.
